神经肌电图对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的评估
Evaluation of peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients with nerve electromyography

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application value of nerve EMG in peripheral neuropathy of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:210 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected,they were divided into the observation group I(113 patients with peripheral nerve symptoms)and the observation group Ⅱ (97 patients without peripheral nerve symptoms).100 healthy volunteers served as the control group in the same period,we compared the changes of EMG and nerve conduction velocity of the 3 groups.Results:The SCV of ulnar nerve and median nerve of the 3 groups have significant differences,the SCV of the observation group Ⅰwas significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences of MCV and SCV of common peroneal nerve in the 3 groups were significantly different,the observation group Ⅰ and the observation group Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The physiological and pathological abnormalities of peripheral nerve in patients with type 2 diabetes occurs much earlier than clinical,the sensory nerve conduction velocity of EMG is considered to be effective indicators for patients with peripheral neuropathy.关键词
