摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum HBV DNA,liver tissue HBV DNA and pathological changes in liver tissues of HBeAg positive patients with chronic hepatitis B and normal hepatic function.Methods:The hepatic function, serum HBV DNA,liver tissue HBV DNA and liver tissue pathological changes and hepatitis B serum markers of 30 cases of HBeAg positive patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and normal hepatic function were detected.Results:The average value of HBV DNA in liver tissue was 4.16×106 IU/mL,the value of serum HBV DNA was 3.52×105 IU/mL,and the value of HBV DNA in liver tissue was positively correlated with the value of serum HBV DNA(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of serum HBV DNA was highly correlated with the value of HBV DNA in liver tissue,which could replace the HBV DNA in liver tissues and determine the virus replication in a certain extent.关键词
