中老年2型糖尿病患者颈围与糖脂代谢相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the correlation between the neck circumference and lipid metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:234 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected,according to neck circumference,the size of the neck is divided into the normal group and the abnormal group,and the correlation between the neck circumference and the above indexes is analyzed.Results:The abnormal group of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein were higher than normal group(P<0.05),neck circumference and postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein were positively correlated(P<0.05),neck circumference and high density lipoprotein were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neck circumference and glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism indexes of middle aged and aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly related to the clinical prediction and monitoring of type 2 diabetes mellitus.关键词
