摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of psychological nursing intervention in the patients with removal of intrauterine device during peri menopausal period.Methods:280 women who wanted to make a removal of intrauterine device during peri menopausal period were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.80 cases of the control group with conventional care,while 200 cases of the observation group were taken psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. Results:The postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group.The self rating anxiety scale,self rating depression scale,heart rate (HR),5 min mean arterial pressure(5 min MAP)were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the level of anxiety and depression of women with postmenopausal who took ring operation, and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
