Analysis of common reaction treatment and preventive measures of BCG vaccination in newborn

Abstract
Objective:To discuss he common causes of adverse reactions of neonatal BCG vaccination after,to summary effective preventive measures.Methods:184 cases of neonatal BCG vaccination were common reactions after review,taking measures to deal with.Results:Local ulcer ulceration after vaccination in 16 patients (8.7% ),picchu inflamed pustules or other symptoms after vaccination in 12 cases(6.5% ).28 cases of adverse reactions,after timely treatment,clinical symptoms have been some relief. Conclsuion:Neonatal BCG vaccination will have some sort of immune response,but it should be avoided as a result of improper inoculation method,the clinical adverse reactions occur,reducing neonatal pain.关键词
