摘要
Abstract
Objective:The implementation of the management system of clinical blood transfusion in the clinical use of blood is evaluated,to promote the management of clinical blood transfusion.Results:Statistics on the implementation of the three years of blood transfusion management system.Results:The failure rate of the single blood transfusion was reduced from 62% to 19%.The failure rate of the patients with information audit was reduced from 34% to 6%.The clinical rational use of blood to assess the failure rate from 54% to 7%,the failure rate of laboratory indicators from the original 21% to 2%.Physician grading management audit has the original 20% down to 7%.The failure rate of the blood transfusion consent form was decreased from 12% to 4%,the failure rate from the original 16% to 4%,the rate of return on the adverse reactions of blood was decreased from 20% to 5%.The failure rate of the treatment was decreased from 94% to 3% .Conclusion:The clinical use of blood evaluation,promoting the implementation of the management system of clinical transfusion in our hospital,clinical transfusion risk decreased significantly.关键词
