Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with conventional corticosteroids of intraectal administration in treatment of distal ulcerative proctitis.METHODS:90 patients with distal ulcerative proctitis admitted into the hospital from Jan.2013 to Jan.2015 were selected to be divided into control group and observation group via the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional corticosteroids,while the observation group was given budesonide combined with conventional corticosteroids,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group were 93.33%( 42/45 ),significantly higher than that of control group71.11%(32/45),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were 8.89%(4/45),significantly lower than that of control group 20.00%(9/45),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with conventional corticosteroids of intraectal administration in treatment of distal ulcerative proctitis is significant,and has low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
