Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the irrational drug use of outpatient prescriptions in Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),so as to promote the standard medication in clinic.METHODS:263 663 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jun.2014 were extracted,the irrational prescriptions were classified,analyzed and reviewed.RESULTS:From Jan.to Jun.2014,average of 1.74 were prescribed per prescription.The use rate of antibiotics were 12.57%,the injections were 7.63%,the national essential drugs were 21.15%,and the approved drug names were 100.00%.The average cost were 169.83 yuan per prescription,and the qualified rate of prescriptions were 99.52%.Meanwhile,there were 1 255 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 0.48%.The irrational prescriptions mainly involved inappropriate usage and dosage,no indications of administration,repeated medication and dissolvant mismatch,etc.CONCLUSIONS:By prescription review,it is found that irrational drug use in our hospital are mostly due to the physicians didn't attach enough importance on the drug instructions.It is necessary to learn the drug instructions in-depth in the future.The pharmacists should enlarge the related knowledge of rational drug use and turn "post review"into"pre-audit checks",so as to reduce the incidence of irrational prescriptions.关键词
