Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the quality of outpatient prescriptions in Changping Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"),to promote the clinical rational use of drugs and ensure the medication safety in patients.METHODS:The prescription review system was adopted,100 prescriptions each from one week of every month during 2012-2014 (totally 3 600 prescriptions) were selected via the random number generator,and then the review and analysis was conducted.RESULTS:The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions had been in a increase trend during 2012-2014 (66.7%,72.4%,75.0%).The irrational prescriptions were mainly seen as non-standard prescription and the inappropriate prescription,among which inappropriate prescription took the lead such as inappropriate dosage and usage,but all showed a decrease trend year by year(the ratio of inappropriate dosage and usage prescription versus inappropriate prescription were respectively 86.7%、80.6%、72.6%).CONCLUSIONS:Through the strengthening of review and audit intervention in prescription,the ratio of inappropriate prescription in our hospital is in a downward trend.The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions is increasing year by year,but there are more than a certain gap to the standard qualified rate of prescription in grade three general hospitals.关键词
