Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of intervention of clinical pharmacists on application of antibiotics in clean surgery.METHODS:100 medical orders of clean surgery in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") from each quarter of Jul.2009 to Dec.2014 were extracted via the medical order number and random equal interval principle,which was evaluated according to the academic standard published by Chinese Ministry of Health.Meanwhile,application rate of antibiotics for nosocomial infection in non-ICU inpatients was statistically analyzed and compared.RESULTS:By the intervention of clinical pharmacists combined with management and regulating measures,the rational application rate of antibiotics increased from 0 to 96.00%,and the nosocomial infection rate in non-ICU patients decreased from 1.05% to 0.18% for the reduce in application of antibiotics.CONCLUSIONS:Under the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the rational use rate of antibiotics in our hospital have been significantly improved,which shows that this method can provide reference for the promotion of rational application of antibiotics.关键词
