Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of magnetic combined with acupuncture in treatment of osteo-porosis low back pain. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with osteoporosis low back pain from May 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group were given a simple acupuncture for treatment, on the basis of the control group, the study group were combined with super magnetic therapy, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency of the treatment of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the symptom scores and signs scores were significantly higher than the control group, bone mineral density after treatment, the WHOQOL-BREF scores condition were significantly increased compared with before treatment and the control group after treatment, the SAS scores after treatment of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and compared with the control group after treatment, the study group SAS score was decreased more significantly, the rate of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group, the satisfaction was more significantly higher than the control group, there were significant difference between the two groups' datas comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of magnetic therapy combined with acupuncture in treat-ment of osteoporosis low back pain is significant, and with more targeted、security、control,it can improve the patients' bone density, with high safety,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.关键词
