Abstract
Objective To assess the value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of the female infertility. Methods From September 2012 to May 2014, 451 cases of female infertility were treated with hys-teroscopy and laparoscopy, and the method has the pelvic adhesion and loose solution, tubal umbrella end stoma, form-ing operation, endometrial ablation, ovarian endometriosis, polycystic ovary and multi point drilling, laparoscopic moni-toring of uterine septum, hysteroscopy, tubal catheterization, hysteroscopy, adhesion, etc.. Results We found the major reasons of fertility in 451 cases were pelvic adhesion and the obstruction of fallopian tube. The minor reasons were u-terine polyps, normal pelvis, endometriosis and ovary tumor. After operation, the incidence of pregnancy was about 53.72%. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy can not only diagnoses the cause of infertility but also cure some patients, it provides a simple and effect way which results in less injury and quicker recovery.关键词
