Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical application of thoracoscopy combined laparoscopic resection of esophageal carcinoma and conventional thoracotomy for esophageal carcinoma resection.Method:54 patients with esophageal cancer from March 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and 27 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with thoracoscopy combined laparoscopic resection of esophageal carcinoma,and the control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy. The situation of operation and complications and the lymph node dissection of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The operation time and the postoperative recovery in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the lymph nodes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopy combined laparoscopic esophageal carcinoma resection surgery is superior to conventional open chest surgery,can promote the patients recovery,has high value of popularization and clinical treatment.关键词
