Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of CAG regimen in the treatment of patients with intermediate or high risk myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Method:The clinical data about 38 cases with intermediate or high risk myelodysplastic syndrome in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2015 were collected,all patients were accepted CAG regimen (Acla+Ara-C+G-CSF) treatment,clinical efficacy after treatment was evaluated, and the adverse reactions were observed.Result:In 38 patients the total effective rate was 76.3%,the average time of peripheral blood neutrophil reached <0.5×109/L was (6.2±0.5)d.During the treatment,cases all had different levels of bone marrow suppression,and another 5 cases had gastrointestinal reaction,3 cases had oral ulcers.Conclusion:The clinical effect of CAG regimen in the treatment of patients with intermediate or high risk myelodysplastic syndrome is good,the regimen is safe and reliable,and the patient is well tolerated,so should be used in clinical treatment.关键词
