摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize outpatient infusion process, standardize the infusion management, improve the quality of nursing work. Method:Optimization transformation for the primary workflow of infusion in outpatient service was undertaken by used the thinking and methods of process management.Before and after transformation,the patient satisfactory degree, nursing dispute complaint and nursing errors and deficiencies were compared.Result:The nursing dispute complaint and nursing error and deficiency rates were lower and the patient satisfactory rate was higher post-optimization than pre-optimization,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimization of the infusion workflow in outpatient service could effectively reduce the potential safety hazard of nursing and nursing disputes ,and could improve the patient satisfaction.关键词
