摘要

Abstract

The production-education integration is an effective mean of realizing the deep cooperation between colleges and education and improving the quality of personnel training. Hu'nan Chemical Vocation Technology College has established "factory in school"production-education integration platform on the basis of building good professional group with characteristics. By making the double-oriented talent training scheme, implementing the double-oriented teaching standards, building dual-qualification teaching staff and developing the new curriculum system, the college has been exploring at the top-level design and operational mechanism at the level of school for realizing the profound school-enterprise integration, so as to improve the quality of school running and personnel training.
