民办本科院校外语教师专业发展现状调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on the Situation of Foreign Language Teachers' Professional Development in Non-governmental Undergraduate Universities
摘要
Abstract
Using the questionnaire and interviews method, a total of 80 foreign language teachers from 4 non-governmental undergraduate universities in Shaanxi province were selected to undergo a survey on foreign language teachers'professional development situation. The results show that the problems, such as unbalanced development of teachers structure, the emerging of job burnout, unbalanced development between teaching and research, inconsistency between cognition and action toward professional development commonly exist. Based on this, to promote foreign language teachers' professional development in non-governmental undergraduate universities, the author suggested from internal and external factors to define teachers'professional development goals, insist student-base classroom-teaching, improve the level of scientific research, actively participate in the teacher culture discussion and create the harmonious development environment.关键词
