Abstract
Nowadays,the world is undergoing a period of great development,transformation and adjust-ment,the status and role of scienceand culturein the competition of comprehensive national strength are more prominent. Science and culture are the blood and soul of the nation,the spiritual home of the people,and the important support for the development of the country. The popularization of science and culture is an important content of the socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization construction. Through the popularization of scientific knowledge for the whole people,we can improve the quality of the whole people. The popularization of science and culture should be a long-term and systematicwork,integrate the resources of all aspects,and strive to create a good social at mosphere of scientific,healthand civilized life.关键词
