摘要

Abstract

The evaluation of master supervisor team should be strengthened throughout the country. However, in terms of the supervisor team construction in our country, it is a common phenomenon to emphasize the access evalu-ation of the supervisors rather than the working evaluation, the qualification evaluation of the supervisors rather than the performance evaluation and the process evaluation of the supervisors rather than the standard evaluation, which results in the problem of non-implementation of supervisors' training work, incompetent of many supervisors and the whole decrease of the supervisors' quality. Therefore, the scientific evaluation guidance system should be built from the aspects of academic morality, academic level, academic ability and academic achievement to carry out the perfor-mance evaluation strictly.
