广州市农民2型糖尿病患者痛苦现状及影响因素
Analysis of the diabetes distress and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of farmers in Guangzhou

Abstract
Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of diabetes distress of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients, so as to provide references for the disease management of diabetes patients.Methods Carried on a face-to-face questionnaire survey on 216 farmers in patients with T2DM in Panyu district, Guangzhou City with the Chinese version of the diabetes distress scale evaluation method.Analyzed the results with SPSS statistical software.Results The incidence of diabetes distress was 76.39％.Female, age ＞60 years old, unmarried or widowed, primary school or below educational level, else medical costs expenditure patterns, course ＞5 years, without family history, chronic disease, high complicance were positively related to diabetes distress (P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that course was positively related to diabetes distress (OR=2.152, 95％CI: 1.028-4.504).Conclusions Diabetes distress is prevalent in T2DM patients.The targeted health intervention mechanism should be established to reduce its effect on T2DM patients.关键词
