摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of autologous adipose-derived stem cells transplantation in facial rejuvenation.Methods 46 patients for facial rejuvenation were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to whether using autologous adipose-derived stem cells or not.Compared facial filling, satisfactory appearance and complications after 3 months.Results After 3 months' treatment, the rates of full appearance, natural and wrinkles improvement of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).After 3 months of follow-up, the rate of skin asymmetry of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Autologous adipose-derived stem cells transplantation can promote facial rejuvenation more significantly, with satisfactory appearance and less postoperative complications, worthy of clinical use.关键词
