Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salmeterol fluticasone propionate inhalation combined with aminophylline in the treatment of asthma.Methods 94 cases of asthma admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group based on their own choices.Control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone propionate inhalation, and observation group was treated with aminophylline on the basis of control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the improvement of clinical symptoms of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone propionate inhalation combined with aminophylline is an effective asthma treatment regimen which can significantly improve patient's clinical symptoms, this regimen should be promoted in clinical practice.关键词
