彩色多普勒超声诊断心脏粘液瘤的临床价值研究
The clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiac myxoma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiac myxoma.Methods 32 cases of cardiac myxoma undergoing the diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from July 2013 and July 2015 were treated with color Doppler ultrasound, patients' clinical detection results were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the clinical diagnosis of 32 patients, pedicle was found attached to fossa ovalis in all patients.The shape of the tumor was not enough and the shape of the tumor was divided into 26 cases, and the tumor of 16 cases were more regular.14 patients had large tumors, which entered into the ventricular cavity, blocked left ventricular tricuspid valve orifice and mitral valve orifice.The maximum size of the tumor was 7.6 cm×5.3 cm×3.6 cm, and the minimum size was 1.9 cm×1.5 cm×1.2 cm.In patients with left atrial myxoma, diagnosis showed murmur at the apical region of heart, murmur was more clear when left lateral decubitus position;in patients with right atrial myxoma, diagnosis showed murmur at the left sternal border of 3-4 intercostal, murmur is more clear when right lateral decubitus position.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound has high detection rate in the diagnosis of cardiac myxoma, can provide an important reference for the clinical treatment of patients.Color Doppler ultrasound has important application value in the diagnosis of cardiac myxoma, worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
