Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative targeted nursing on laparoscopic oophorocystectomy.Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to their preferences.Control group received conventional nursing, while experimental group received perioperative targeted nursing.The relevant clinical indicators, complications and the survey result of nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss in experimental group was (50.95±10.89)ml, operation time was (76.24±16.32)min, anal exsufflation time was (10.58±3.68)h, leaving bed time was (7.58±2.73)h, hospital stay was (7.58±3.26)d, significantly less than those in control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of infection, pain, uroschesis and hypercapnia between two groups (P＞0.05);the total incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (15.0％ vs.50.0％), with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01).The survey result of nursing satisfaction in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing has significant effect on laparoscopic oophorocystectomy, which can improvepatients' satisfaction, should be of reference in clinical practice.关键词
