摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with duodenal ulcer.Methods 84 cases of duodenal ulcer in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group.Control group received usual care, while observation group received comprehensive nursing care.The nursing situation of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of nursing in observation group was 95.24％, higher than 78.57％ in control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05);the score of life quality in observation group was (90.32±5.37), higher than (74.16±4.57) in control group.Conclusion Comprehensive care can improve the quality of life of patients with duodenal ulcer, restoring health, worthy of promotion.关键词
