摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate Naotaifang on expression of VEGF and angiopoietins in rats after cerebral ischemia, and its roles in angiogenesis. Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group (A), sham-operation group (B),MCAO model group (C),Naotaifang (NTF) group (D). The score of neurological deficiency and volume of cerebral infarction were observed. The protein expression of VEGF, Ang-1 and Ang -2 in cerebral tissues of rats were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results The score of neurological evaluation and TCC staining showed that the cerebral ischemia situation of NTF group have relieved. The expression of TVEGF and Ang-2 were markedly increased, the NTF group is significantly higher than the MCAO group (P<0.05). The expression of Ang-1 in rats after cerebral ischemia was markedly reduced, the NTE group is significantly lower than the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion The coordinating role of VEGF, Ang-1 and Ang-2 expression stimulate angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia. Naotaifang can promote angiogenesis in rats after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
