Research on University Library Loyalty System

Abstract
Depending on the operational data of the university library, an empirical study on the loyalty of librarians and readers was conducted to design a loyalty system model of the university library. According to the loyalty model, methods were pointed out for the university library to increase the loyalty of librarians and readers in the education of librarians and reader service.关键词
