摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the influence of massage pressure stimulation on different integrin subunit in vascular endothelial cells, in order to provide some experimental evidence and theory basis for the non-nerve signal transduction mechanism of the therapeutical effect of massage. Methods: Divided samples of vascular endothelial cells in vitro into blank control group (0kPa pressure stimulation group), 100kPa group and 200kPa group, stimulated by corresponding strength of static pressure, and observed the content change of Integrinβ1,β3,α1,α2,α3,αv that at the sur-face of vascular endothelial cell membrane. Results:The Integrinβ1,β3,α1,α2,α3,αv expression quantity of 100kPa and 200 kPa group were all more than those of blank control group (P<0.05), while the Integrinβ3expression quantity were both less than that of blank control group (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:In the process of stimulating massage pressure stimulation, the expression change of the integrin subunit which mediates mechanical signals in vascular endothelial cell membranes of acupoint has revealed the non-nerve signal transduction mechanism of the conduction of massage pressure stimulation signal on the vascular endothelial cells in a certain degree.
