摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction treating discogenic low back pain. Methods:58 patients with dis-cogenic low back pain were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (28 cases), control group adopted loxoprofen (60mg, tid), treatment group adopted Duhuo Jisheng decoction (Duhuo, Jisehng, Duzhong and the like), to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Re-sults:After 2 weeks of treatment, the improvements of VAS score and JOA score in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction can significantly improve the pain and lumbar function of patients with discogenic low back pain, being significantly effective and worthy of clinical application.关键词
