湖湘刘氏小儿推拿“推五经”为主治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on Liu's Infantile Massage"Push Five Channels"for Spleen Deficiency Type of Diarrhoea

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Huxiang Liu's infantile massage for spleen deficiency type of diarrhoea. Methods:60 cases of chil-dren with spleen deficiency type diarrhoea were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the treatment group treated by Huxiang Liu's infantile massage, while the control group by conventional massage, 1 time per day and 5 days as a course of treatment, evaluated the efficacy after 2 courses of treatment. Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than 73.33%that of control group (P<0.05);the improvement of symptom scores of anorexia, loose stool and overall symptom score of treatment group were all significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference of the improvement of symptom scores of lassitude and lazy words, physical fatigue, abdominal distension between two groups (P>0.05);both of the two groups had no severe adverse reac-tions. Conclusion:Huxiang Liu's infantile massage has significant curative effect on children with spleen deficiency type diarrhoea, which is one of the effective external treatments for spleen deficiency type diarrhoea, deseves clinical promotion and application.关键词
