摘要
Abstract
This paper has elaborated the concept of"three withouts"patients, and prerequisite professional ethic quality that the hospitals and medi-cal personnels who cure"three withouts"patients. For the ethical principles in treatment of"three withouts"patients, the treatment should be peo-ple-oriented, establishes and perfects the social security system, respects the patients' right of informed consent, the hospital should actively invite other community organizations to manage together. It would be able to achieve a good effect through the efforts from all sectors of society, which is positive and significant to decrease disability rate, improve quality of lfie of patients and reduce social burden.关键词
