摘要

Abstract

Through the charge-pressing floating test and fluxion property determination of initiating charge in organic glass shell, it is found that reduction of loading performance, bad fluxion property and easy floating of charge-pressing would occur with the increasing of mass fraction of particles with grain size less than 45μm in spherical dextrin lead azide. It is also found that charge-pressing floating will be caused by frequently burst pressure and instantaneous-explosion of MS delay electric detonator. Two quantity control indexes were proposed including bulk density≥2. 00 g/cm3 , and mass frac-tion of particles with grain size less than 45 μm ≤20%. Preparation process is as follows:3% ( mass fraction) sodium nitrite solution is added into 8% (mass fraction) lead nitrate solution, the mass ratio of water and charge is 30︰1, addi-tional amount of industry acidity dextrin is 5% (mass fraction) , alkalinity of sodium nitride solution is 0. 080%, and the certain feeding speed and stirring intensity are maintained at the temperature of 60℃. The manufactured initiating charge can meet the requirements of detonator assembly.
