腰痛与腰椎比值及腰椎间隙比值的相关性研究
Correlation between lumbago and the ratio of lumbar and lumbar inter-vertebral space
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate correlation of back pain and ratio of lumbar spine and lumbar intervertebral space.Meth-ods:60 cases of patients having X-ray examination for lumbago from January to November 2014 were recruited as patient group,while 30 normal volunteers with no complaints of pain were in normal group.To use two independent sample t test to compare two sets of measurement data on the lumbar lateral DR L1 to L5 and the corresponding 5 intervertebral diameter ratio respectively.Results:In pa-tient group,L1 ,L2,L3,L4,L5 vertebral height diameter ratio and L1 /L2,L3 /L4,L4 /L5,L5 /S1 intervertebral diameter as-pect ratio were higher than normal group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05),each ra-tio is rising as followed:(1 .10 ±0.09 vs1 .06 ± 0.09 ),(1 .16 ± 0.08 vs 1 .10 ± 0.06 ),(1.17 ± 0.10 vs 1 .1 1 ± 0.06 ), (1.20 ±0.12 vs 1 .12 ±0.07),(1 .22 ±0.1 1 vs 1 .14 ±0.10,0).(70 ±0.05 vs 0.62 ±0.05),(0.76 ±0.05 vs 0.71 ± 0.04),(0.77 ±0.05 vs 0.73 ±0.05),(0.82 ±0.08 vs 0.79 ±0.06).Back pain group and the normal group in L2 /L3 inter-vertebral diameter aspect ratio were not statistically significant (P >0.05,0.72 ± 0.06 vs 0.71 ± 0.05 ).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation in lumbar height and space ratio,which can provide a meaningful imaging investigation for back pain symptoms.关键词
