唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy treating osseous me-tastasis of lung cancer.Methods:142 cases of patients with osseous metastasis of lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (74 patients)and the combination group (68 patients).The control group patients were treated with chemotherapy when the combination group patients were treated with zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy.Quality of life,improvement of the pain,control of bone lesions and the incidence of adverse reactions of all patients were counted.Results:Efficiency rate of quality im-provement of the combination group (86.76%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (58.1 1 %)(P <0.05).The ef-ficiency of rain relief of the combination group (85.29%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (55.41 %) (P <0.05).Control rate of bone lesions of the combination group (5 1 .47%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (21.62%)(P <0.05).The incidence of fever and muscle aches of the combination group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy treating osseous metastasis of lung cancer is significant and can effectively improve the condition,control bone lesions.In clinic,it needs to prevent and control adverse reactions after chemotherapy.关键词
