磁场抑制断裂聚能射流颗粒翻转试验研究与数值模拟
Experimental Investigation and Numerical Simulation on Magnetic Field Inhibiting Rotation of Shaped Charge Jet Particles
摘要
Abstract
To research the subject of magnetic field inhibiting rotation of shaped charge jet-particles,the interaction process of external magnetic field and the shaped charge jet particles was analyzed according to the experiments,and the experiments of the shaped charges with the diameter of 56 mm interacting with the magnetic field at the standoff of 490 mm and 650 mm re-spectively were carried out.The force and torque of the shaped charge jet-particles with different initial rotation angle inside the external magnetic field were simulated by Ansoft Maxwell software.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.The simulation results show that the external magnetic field can inhibit rotation of the jet particles,and the force and torque of the jet particles inside the magnetic field are obviously affected by the initial rotation angle and the material resistivity.关键词
