Abstract
The difficulties and bottlenecks of teaching staff construction at High level are currently restricting the connotation development of local colleges and universities . To solve this problem, we should stand on the command-ing height of time, have courage to reform as well as the spirit to innovate and strategically present new ideas, new initiatives and new thinking corresponding to reality. The focus should be key brain gain, implementation of "doctor of Engineering", young and middle-aged backbone teacher training, teaching and scientific research team building and optimization mechanism on talent assessment and management ect. in ten aspects above the provincial level to seek a breakthrough and do realistic work.关键词
