Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on platelet function and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 69 patients with cerebral infarction treated by our hospital from Jan 2013 to Nov 2015 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, 34 patients were randomly divided into observation group and 35 patients in control group in which the control group were treated with aspirin, and the observation group were treated with aspirin plus clopidogrel. After treatment of two groups, the platelet function and prognosis of patients were compared. Results: The inhibition effect of platelet function after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The score of neurological function after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group in which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment for cerebral infarction patients, can effectively reduce the platelet activity, improve neurological function.The treatment is conducive to the recovery of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce patients' recurrence, which is worthy of extensive application.关键词
