Abstract
Industrial enterprises are the important foundation to support the development of the national economy, and whether the industrial enterprises become the main body of innovation is the key factor to build an innovative country. The improvement of independent innovation ability of industrial enterprises plays an important role in the innovation driven development. Based on the analysis of the connotation of innovation capability, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises, and analyzes the negative factors and institutional barriers that restrict the development of independent innovation ability of industrial enterprises in China. At last, some suggestions on improving the independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises are put forward.关键词
