转Bt基因甘蔗对甘蔗条螟的抗虫性评价
Evaluation of Resistance of Bt-Transgenic Sugarcane toProceras venosatum Walker

Abstract
To test the resistance to Bt-transgenic sugarcanes lines (B2, B14 and B17), feeding behavior, lethality, spawning rate, and the hatchability of sugarcane borer were studied. These biological traits were also investigated in the field. The results showed that B17 has the highest resistance and B14 and B2 the lower resistance toProceras venosatum Walker. There were no significant differences in spawning rate and in hatchability, while in feeding area and in lethality, there were significant differences among B17, B14, B2 and CK.关键词
