摘要

Abstract

Abiotic stresses are key factors limiting plant growth and development. Research of the effects of abiotic stress on plant growth and development is important for studying plant defense mechanism and the development of stress tolerant plant breeding work. This paper elaborated proteomics research of plant root under abiotic stress,explored the root protein dynamic change under abiotic stress,and described spe-cific protein network and its associated response mechanism. At last,we looked forward to the further re-search for proteomics of plant roots under abiotic stress.
