同源多倍化对拟南芥减数分裂前期Ⅰ过程的影响
Effects of Autopolyploidy on Meiotic ProphaseⅠin Arabidopsis thaliana

Abstract
In the present study, the effects of autopolyploidy on meiotic prophaseⅠwas analyzed in Arabidopsis thaliana (Columbia eco-type). A. thaliana diploids were treated with 0. 2% colchicine,and then the flow cytometry and cytology were used to identify the autopolyploid progeny. The morphological characteristics of autopolyploid A. thaliana was analyzed, and meiotic prophaseⅠwas observed under fluorescent microscope. Meanwhile,the quantitative real-time PCR was applied to analyze the expression of several meiotic recombination related genes in diploid and autotetraploid Arabidopsis. The results showed that, in comparison with diploids, cytologically the similar meiosis progress was observed in autopolyploid Arabidopsis, and the gene expression was either up-regulated or down-regulated at the molecular level,and the changes of gene expression were mostly correlated with their specific functional roles during meiosis.关键词
