豫西地区禽源大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与耐药性分析OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Isolation,Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Escherichia coli from Chickens in Western Henan Province
为了解豫西地区禽源大肠杆菌的耐药情况,从豫西地区养鸡场采集130份疑似大肠杆菌病料样品,按常规方法分离细菌,对分离菌株进行生化试验、PCR鉴定、血清型鉴定及药敏试验. 结果显示,共分离鉴定出98株鸡源大肠杆菌,确定86株细菌分属14个血清型,其中以O14、O141、O78、O88血清型为主,分别占分离菌株的20. 93%、16. 28%、13. 95%、9. 30%. 利用K-B 法药敏试验检测大肠杆菌对20种抗生素的耐药性,结果表明,分离菌对复…查看全部>>
In order to investigate the resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from chickens in western Henan province,a total of 130 samples of suspect of Escherichia coli were examined for the presence of Escherichia coli species.
