摘要

Abstract

To study biofilm phenotype and drug resistance pattern in pet-brone E. coli in Zhengzhou,broth microdilution method and improved crystal violet method were used for antimicrobial agent susceptibility testing and biofilm-forming detection of 194 clinical E. coli isolates. The results showed that the percentage of weak biofilm-forming ability strains was the highest,accounting for 63. 4% and the diversity of drug resistance patterns was the key factor affecting biofilm-forming ability, while it was not so dramatic significant for biofilm-forming ability based on the antibiotic types in different drug resistance patterns.
