摘要

Abstract

CBN grinding wheel for ship crankshaft was prepared with optimized designs on working layer and matrix of ceramic CBN wheel Grinding experiments were carried out to analyze the roughness and chatter marks of processed workpiece Results showed that the dressing method of grinding wheels influenced the application effects of grinding wheel a lot The optimum process parameters for dressing wheels were rotating speed of roller 3000 r min rotating speed of wheel 450 r min longitudinal traverse moving speed 250 mm min With such parameters roughness of the workpiece reached R a ≤0 32 μm with no chatter marks and no burn.
