摘要

Abstract

According to the simulation diagram of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding along tangential direction the relative motion between wheel and workpiece was analyzed By establishing the single grain cutting model cutting trajectory equation and velocity equation were obtained Based on the analysis of the limitations of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding along tangential direction the single grain cutting trajectory models under different wheel speeds and different ultrasonic vibration amplitudes were established Finally the optimal wheel speed and ultrasonic vibration amplitude were calculated The results showed that ultrasonic vibration along tangential direction had significant influences on grinding processing when wheel speed was between 125ms and 8ms and ultrasonic vibration amplitude was in the corresponding range.
