Synthesis of millimeter grade cubic boron nitride at high temperature and high pressure
摘要
Abstract
By using the multi-element composite catalyst millimeter cubic boron nitride was synthesized under the condition of high temperature 1300 - 1 600 ℃ and high pressure 6 -7 GPa and then the morphology was observed by using SEM The experimental results showed that the cubic boron nitride with different colors could be achieved repeatedly by the spontaneous nucleation of crystals and the crystal was complete with smooth surface.关键词
