城乡二元经济结构下民生财政对城乡居民收入差距的影响
The Impact of Finance of People’s Livelihood on Urban-rural Income Gap Under Urban-rural Dual Economic Structure

Abstract
By building a theoretic model of urban-rural income gap which contains fiscal expenditure and tax variables under urban-rural dual economic structure,the paper theoretically analyzes the impact mechanism of the finance of people’s livelihood on urban-rural income gap.Then it establishes a panel data model with provincial panel data from 2002 to 2012 of China,and verifies the assumptions proposed in theoretic analysis.The results show that the growth in fiscal expenditure on people’s livelihood and its rural-biased investment tendencies narrows the urban-rural income gap,while lead by finance of people’s livelihood,the growth in tax and the taxes structure which mainly in indirect taxes widens the income gap between urban and rural residents.关键词
