How Does the Rule of Law Affect Entrepreneurship?
摘要
Abstract
This paper explains the influence of the rule of law on entrepreneurship based on the theory of law and economics,and examines the impact by using Chinese provincial-level data.The research shows that,the level of rule of law progresses every 10% will encourage entrepreneurship increases by 2%.In the recent 10 years,the development of the rule of law level in each area of China significantly promotes the regional entrepreneurship.However,after the rule of law level is only increased to a certain threshold value,it will greatly promote the entrepreneurship to play.All kinds of tests show that above conclusion is robust.The rule of law,by influencing financial development indirectly,affects the entrepreneurial spirit.The interactive effect between market process,government intervention,corruption,financial development and the rule of law will affect the entrepreneurial spirit.关键词
