股东生态论--基于生态学理论的股东关系分析
Shareholder Ecological Theory-Shareholder Relationship Based on the Theory of Ecology
摘要
Abstract
This paper extendes the ecology to the corporate governance system and puts forward the shareholders ecological theory.It consists of shareholders’ecological subject,ecological environment and adjustment mechanism,and presents the systematic,competitive,dynamics and balanceable features.Besides,under the coupled action of shareholders relationship,it is also with network structure like the natural ecosystem.Now that shareholders’ecological system has multiple similarities with natural ecological system,it can be used to research shareholder relationship and depict shareholder’s heterogeneity according to the ecological research paradigm.关键词
