外来者劣势如何影响跨国企业绩效？
How Do Liabilities of Foreignness Affect Multinational Enterprises Performance?
摘要
Abstract
Although the literatures provides ample evidence of dimensions of liabilities of foreignness in multinational firms,it still lacks of full explanation of relationship between liabilities of foreignness in multinational firm and enterprise performance.Due to the differences between the research context and nature of the enterprise,the existing literature fails to form a unified conclusion on the dimensions of liabilities of foreignness.Thus,this paper proposes a theoretical framework of the research system of the dimensions of liabilities of foreignness,and constructs an empirical research system.In the end,this paper sheds light on future decision-making of liabilities of foreignness of multinational firm.关键词
